Honor Society drummer Alexander Noyes told PIX News right before taking the stage in Irving Plaza: ‘Tonight, I think, is kinda like the coming out party.’ The performance coincided with a surprise appearance by Jonas Brothers..

..who announced that Honor Society will be the first band signed to their new record label. Honor Society’s debut album is coming out very soon. Interesting..

Jonas Brothers SOLO PROJECTS

Jonas Brothers talked to ABC about possible solo projects. When Joe was asked if he might be the next Justin Timberlake and break away from the group, he said ‘there’s always talk about solo projects, but for us, it would never be a solo project, it’d be a side project.

There’s no way we can just break up, because, I mean, I live in the same house as them, so it’s going to be pretty difficult.’ Spending time with the Jonases reveals that they’re a faith-based family who pray at their own concerts.

Denise Jonas said, ‘You have to really draw on that faith on a daily basis, to know that our strength and every gift that we all have, that the boys have, comes from, from the Lord.’ Father Kevin added, ‘Every room I walk in the crew tells me, ‘Thank you for raising good boys.” The family is currently living in Dallas, and the brothers have been recording a new album and shooting JONAS.

Nick: ‘Who’s to say what tomorrow will bring, but we believe that our fans are amazing, and that they will be there for us, forever. These fans are different. And, like we said, we’re all growing up together, and they mean a lot to us. I think they know we really care for them. I believe the favor will be returned.’

Jonas Brothers will cause nightmares in Hollywood on february 24,2009

Hollywood are you READY? This weekend is the Oscar’s down in Hollywood on february 22 and on February 24,2009 the young singing sensations known as the Jonas Brothers will be at the El Capitan Theater for the Walt Disney’s “Jonas Brothers The 3D Concert Experience”. The event will be held on Tuesday, February 24, 2009. Arrivals are likely to start between 5 PM and 6:30 PM however knowing how many fans the Jonas Brothers have people will likely be sleeping over night. So if you plan on attending the event get there early.

IMAX:

WOW!!!! We just saw an early screening of the 3D CONCERT MOVIE at IMAX. It was UNBELIEVABLE! We heard that the movie is going to be in 55+ IMAX screens across the US. IT WILL ONLY BE IN IMAX THEATERS FOR ONE WEEK! You will want to get your tickets asap.

Homeschool.com: Exclusive Jonas Brothers Interview.



Hello. This is Rebecca Kochenderfer from Homeschool.com. Thank you for registering for Homeschool.com’s exclusive interview with THE JONAS BROTHERS!

I asked the Jonas Brother’s family how we, as fellow homeschoolers, could best support them. They said that the most helpful thing we could do would be to go see their movie the first weekend it comes out — the weekend of February 27th. I didn’t know this, but theaters order movies based on opening weekend ticket sales. So if a lot of us go to see The Jonas Brother’s Movie that first weekend, then more theaters will pick up their movie. Spread the word! Make a party of it!

The Jonas Brothers and their whole family are dedicated homeschoolers and have offered to do a special exclusive interview just for homeschoolers on February 19th at 11:00 Pacific (12:00 mountain, 1:00 central, 2:00 eastern.)

As you can imagine, the Brothers are extremely busy right now having just performed at the Grammy’s and getting ready to launch their new movie, so they will be available only for about the first 10 minutes of the interview. Then we will have 20 minutes to speak with Mrs. Jonas, their mother, to find out more details about how and why they homeschooled and some personal details about the Brother’s life. So moms and dads, you’ll want to listen in on this interview too.

Jonas LUCAS Brothers With NEW DAD

Jonas Brothers 'What Keeps Us UP At Night'

Jonas Brothers revealed to TWIST the fears that keep them awake at night when lying in bed. Nick worries about his family being safe with all the traveling they do: 'Helicopters freak me out. We've had to ride in them a bunch of times!'

Joe stresses out about how overwhelming life can be, especially if you get trapped in an elevator: 'My biggest fear is being in an elevator with 16 people and you think the air is being sucked out!'

Kevin worries about his brothers and the bands future: 'I fear the record label saying they have another artist they're going to work with, and everyone will move on to the next band.' Nick added, 'We just try our best to make our
mom proud. Everyone makes mistakes, but we're just doing out best.'

Nick Jonas On Dallas 'We Cause Havoc'



Jonas Brothers USA Today article: The boys posed for the camera on the balcony of a posh hotel suite. The photographer asked Kevin to shift his arm. He said: 'Sure, but you've got to pay us first.' Have they gone Hollywood already?

Kevin explained: 'Have you seen video of The Beatles' first press conference in New York? A reporter asks them a question, and [John Lennon] goes, 'You've got to pay us first.' It's such a great quote.'

Kevin on the famous girls in their lives, Taylor Swift and Miley Cyrus: 'We saw both of them all week leading up to the Grammys. They're great friends. It's neat to hear a new generation of musicians come up.' Nick added: 'We choose not to talk about our dating lives.'

Joe on their new Dallas home: 'It's on a golf course. We love to ride around on the carts and talk to the older guys.' Nick: 'We cause havoc.' Kev: 'Well, not really havoc.' How do they get away from the female mayhem? Nick, 'We love to play golf, or whiffle ball or football, mostly with the guys in the band. But right now, we're writing a lot.'

The musical trio — Nick, Joe and Kevin — all stressed the fact that they’d be nothing without their fans.

Kevin shared, “The fans make this film come to life. From the outfits to the signs.”

Joe added, “Our fans are amazing. [One sign read] ‘We slept in the rain for 72 hours to meet you,’ that’s so cool.”

Nick chimed in as well. “It’s a mutual love between us and our fans. We really do appreciate each other.”

US Tour to combine with World Tour

‘According to Denise Jonas during the Homeschool.com Live chat they had, the US Tour will be part of the World Tour. The US dates shall be announced soon (JB said before end of February, early March) and will be during summer, apparently they will start in the East Coast this time. The multi country tour dates for the World Tour will be then during Fall. We don’t have futhur details yet, so please don’t email or ask us where they are going.

Jonas Brothers Haven’t Launched Their Own Record Label

Despite what you may have read, the Jonas Brothers aren’t looking to branch out.

Sure, they’ve already conquered the tween market, won the coveted “first daughter” demographic and made their first foray into feature-length 3-D films. But — contrary to several sources in the blogosphere — they’re not about to launch their own record label.

Late Wednesday, several sites noticed the launch of JonasGroup.com, a Web site featuring little more than a (slightly altered) version of the Jonas Brothers’ “JB” logo. Soon after, someone realized that the same logo appears on the back of Demi Lovato’s debut album, Don’t Forget. Couple that with several reports that the band had signed prep-rock act Honor Society, and suddenly, bloggy logic dictated that the Jonas Group was the Jonas Brothers’ brand-new record label.

But, as is frequently the case with bloggy logic, it wasn’t exactly true. On Thursday (February 19), MTV News contacted a spokesperson for the Jonas Brothers, who let it be known that the Jonas Group isn’t a label at all … it’s a management company formed by the brothers’ father, Kevin, and longtime artist manager/ promoter Philip McIntyre.

The spokesperson also added that the Jonas Group’s clients include not just the JoBros themselves, but Lovato (like it says in the liner notes of Don’t Forget, “Exclusive Management by: Philip McIntyre and Kevin Jonas for the Jonas Group”) and Honor Society too. And while, yes, the Jonas Brothers have signed Honor Society, it’s to a production deal, not a record contract.

So, sorry Jonas fans. While there might be a movie and a TV show in the works, there’s no JoBros-owned record label on the horizon anytime soon. Pop stars can’t have everything, you know.

The Jonas Brothers get silly on the set of Moviefone’s Unscripted series and answer one of the questions their fans want to know.

The musical trio — Nick, Kevin and Joe — were asked what song they perform in the shower that they would be embarassed to perform live with dancers.

While Joe broke out into song, singing Marvin Gaye and Tammi Terrell’s “Ain’t No Mountain High Enough,” Kevin and Nick started to sing Rick Astley’s “Never Gonna Give You Up.”

Kevin shared, “Have you ever seen him? His voice does not match his body. It’s awesome.”

The Jonas Brothers spend their day off playing in a softball game with some of their friends on Saturday afternoon (February 21) in Brentwood, Calif.

Joe and Nick hit a few balls while big bro Kevin brought both their dogs to watch them play — Elvis and new addition, Texas Teacup Daisy. Daisy was a Christmas gift for Kev’s girlfriend Danielle.
